These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AgrinX website, app and related services (together, the "Platform"), operated by Kavarg Labs Private Limited, 25/50 B 103 Naganathapura, Gramatana Neev Avantgarde, Electronics City, Bangalore, Bangalore South, Karnataka, India, 560100 ("AgrinX", "we", "us"). By creating an account, posting a listing or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What AgrinX is

AgrinX is an online marketplace where farmers, dealers and other users can advertise used and new farm and dairy equipment for sale or for rent, and where buyers and renters can find and contact them.

AgrinX is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide the technology for users to publish and find listings. We are not a party to any sale, rental or other agreement between users, we do not own, inspect, store or deliver the equipment listed, and we do not receive or hold the money paid between buyers and sellers.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Keep your phone and OTPs private — you are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Information you give us (name, phone number, business details) must be true and kept up to date.
• One person may hold one personal account. Dealers may hold one account per business.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, the Posting Rules or the law.

3. Posting listings

• You may only list equipment that you own or are legally authorised to sell or rent out.
• Listings must be accurate: real photos of the actual item, honest condition, correct price and location.
• For vehicles such as tractors and harvesters, you must disclose any pending loan or hypothecation and have the documents needed to transfer ownership (RC, NOC/Form 35 where applicable).
• All listings are reviewed before they go live and must follow our Posting Rules. We may edit the category, reject, pause or remove any listing at our discretion, with or without notice.
• Listings expire or are closed after a period of time; you can mark them as sold or closed at any time.
• The phone number and name you add to a listing are shown publicly so that buyers can contact you.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• list stolen goods, items you do not have the right to sell, or anything banned under Indian law (see the Posting Rules);
• post false, misleading, duplicate or spam listings, or misuse another person's photos;
• impersonate any person or business, or falsely claim to be a verified seller or dealer;
• harass, threaten or defraud other users, or ask for advance payments for items you do not intend to provide;
• collect other users' contact details for marketing, or scrape, copy or resell Platform content;
• interfere with the Platform's security or operation, or use bots or automated tools;
• upload content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, infringes intellectual property, or is otherwise unlawful under the IT Rules, 2021.

5. Dealing with other users

Deals are made directly between users. AgrinX does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or condition of any listed item, the truth of any listing, or the ability of any user to complete a deal. Before paying, inspect the equipment in person, check its documents and follow our Safety Tips. Any dispute about a deal is between the users involved.

Verified and Dealer badges mean we carried out limited checks on that seller at the time (for example, contact details or business documents). They are not a guarantee of the seller's conduct or of any item.

6. Paid services

• Posting a listing is free, within the number of live ads allowed on your plan.
• We may offer optional paid services, such as Boost (showing a listing in the Featured section for a period) and Dealer plans (more live ads and a Dealer badge for a period). When available, prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card details or UPI PIN.
• Paid services start immediately after payment and do not renew automatically.
• Paid services do not guarantee any number of views, calls or sales.

7. Content and licence

You keep ownership of the photos, videos and text you post. By posting, you grant AgrinX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, resize, translate and share that content on the Platform and in promoting the Platform (for example, sharing a listing link), for as long as it is on the Platform. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence.

The AgrinX name, logo, design and software are owned by Kavarg Labs Private Limited and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Reporting and takedown

If you believe a listing or user breaks these Terms or the law, please report it from the listing or contact our Grievance Officer on the Contact & Grievances page. We act on complaints as required by the IT Rules, 2021, and cooperate with law-enforcement agencies under applicable law.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, AgrinX is not liable for any loss arising from deals between users, from listings or content posted by users, or from any interruption of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us for paid services in the three months before the claim. In particular, AgrinX does not check or guarantee what a seller or owner says about a machine, its condition, ownership or documents, and is not responsible for any dispute about payment, advance, damage, breakdown, or late or non-return of rented equipment. Buyers and renters must verify the machine, its documents and the other person themselves before paying or booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AgrinX against claims, losses and costs arising from your listings, your deals with other users, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, and remove your content, if you break these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 5, 7, 9, 10 and 13) survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will notify you on the Platform or by SMS. Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
