For help with a listing, payment or your account, please include your registered mobile number and, if relevant, the listing link or payment ID. We reply within 2 working days.

To report a fake, fraudulent or illegal listing, use the report option on the listing or write to us with the listing link. In an emergency or if you have been cheated, please also contact the police or the National Cyber Crime helpline 1930 / cybercrime.gov.in.

Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the details of our Grievance Officer are:

What to include

• your name and registered mobile number;
• the listing link, user or payment ID your complaint is about;
• a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence;
• for privacy requests, which right you want to exercise (access, correction, erasure, nomination or withdrawal of consent).

How we respond

• We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours.
• We resolve complaints within 15 days of receipt.
• Requests to remove content that exposes a person's private areas, shows them in a sexual act, or impersonates them in morphed images are acted on within 24 hours, as required by the IT Rules, 2021.

Law enforcement requests

Government and law-enforcement agencies may send lawful requests to admin@kavarglabs.com on official letterhead or from an official email address.
